Hey everybody! Today's post is going to be less formal. While I was searching the web I stumbled upon this great video from the YouTube channel of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts) which explains very well the truth about motivation. I hope you will all enjoy this video, I know I did, and be sure to leave me a comment below giving me your impressions on this video. Bye!

remarkable presentation! as a penurious purpose-driven artist, I have been unable to explain how I roll to my money-driven client. If he will just give it ten minutes?? I really think he will GET IT.
very interesting. I agree with him 100%.

The classic university faculty model...
However, the line about "pay them enough to 'take money off the table' " is changing for faculty now at many institutions --- and together with the imbalance of the administrator/faculty ratio, American universities are beginning to see some of the problems problems he points out.
Love the style of presentation this guy does, makes nearly any concept easier to understand
Great way to explain it i couldn't have done better.
so true, about what motivates us. Very well done presentation.
this was so beautifuly presented, and can be thought of in a wider scale when you consider that motivation dictates our every move, not just in the corprate sense.
